(1) Email Addresses are Mandatory. All licensees who would like to attend a Webinar must submit an email address in order to be registered. Registration confirmation, invitations, and access into Microsoft Live Meeting (Webinar tool), can only be provided via email.
(2) Designate & Authorize Representative, if applicable. All licensees who cannot attend a Webinar and would like to designate a representative to attend on their behalf should state clearly the name of the representative, the organization of the representative, and his/her email address.
